Step 2: Escalation to SEBI Scores

  • If the investor is not satisfied with the resolution provided by us, they can escalate the complaint to SEBI SCORES (Securities and Exchange Board of India – Complaints Redress System) by visiting https://scores.gov.in.
  • Investors need to register on the SEBI SCORES platform and submit their complaint online.
  • SEBI will review the complaint and facilitate resolution.

    Step 3: Arbitration or Legal Recourse

  • If the investor is not satisfied with the resolution provided by SEBI, they may approach:
  • Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) for further redressal.
  • Legal Authorities as per applicable laws.
